Why event teams book us

We arrive already briefed

We ask for the run of show in advance and build a shot list against it. Nobody is explaining the schedule to a photographer while the doors open.

Images while they still matter

Highlight galleries land within 24 to 48 hours. When your team needs to post that day, we hand over edited hero shots during the event.

More shooters when the schedule needs them

Concurrent breakouts, a keynote and an expo floor running at once. We staff to the run of show so nothing goes uncovered.

One crew for photo and video

Stills and motion from the same team on the same day. One point of contact, one invoice, and no two versions of what happened.

We work the room without becoming part of it

Low light, tight rooms, and a programme that does not pause. We read a room quietly and we do not fire a flash into anyone's face.

Ten years in Boston rooms

The BCEC, the Hynes, State Room, the ICA, Fenway, the Seaport hotels. We have worked most of these venues enough to know where the light is.

Recent work

Real events in real Boston rooms. Keynotes, ballrooms, expo floors, ribbon cuttings, and the occasional sprinkle pool.

Four kinds of night we do a lot of

Conferences & trade shows

Multi-day, multi-room, multiple shooters when the schedule needs it. Keynotes, breakouts, the expo floor, and the hallway conversations that are the real reason people came.

  • Coverage mapped to your run of show
  • Same-day selects for social and press
  • Speaker portraits and sponsor deliverables

Galas & fundraisers

Big rooms, low light, and a programme that does not stop for anyone. Cocktail hour, the room set before doors, the programme, the award moments, and the dancing at the end.

  • Room shots captured before guests arrive
  • Honoree and board coverage on a list
  • Discreet in the room, fast on the stage

Brand activations & openings

Experiential builds, store openings, and pop-ups made to be photographed. Shot so they look as good in a feed the next morning as they did on the floor.

  • Detail and build coverage before the crowd
  • Guest and talent moments as they happen
  • Vertical crops delivered for social

Awards & annual meetings

Stage, podium, and the handshake, done properly. Plus clean headshots of every award winner while they are already dressed for it.

  • Every name on the programme covered
  • A headshot station on the same visit
  • Clean, usable stage and podium frames

A wider look

Pulled from across our event and conference work: OOH MediaCon, the AIA Conference, the Chamber’s Pinnacle Awards, the Microsoft AI Tour, ribbon cuttings, galas, openings, and more.

Rooms we know

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us the basics

Date, venue, how many hours, and roughly how many people. Two minutes on the form below is enough for us to come back with a real number.

  2. 2

We send a quote and hold the date

One of us, Nicole, Karen, or Masao, responds within 24 hours with detailed pricing for your event. No call required to get a price.

  3. 3

We plan against your run of show

Before the day we go through the schedule with you, agree the must-have moments, and sort out crew, timing, and access so nothing is a surprise.

  4. 4

Galleries land in 24 to 48 hours

Highlights first, then the full edited gallery. Sized for social, press, and print, with commercial usage rights included.

What does it cost?

A ten-person dinner and a three-day conference are not the same job, so we price each one properly instead of posting a number that would be wrong for most people. Tell us the basics and you will have detailed pricing within 24 hours.

We reply within 24 hours. No sales calls, no drip sequence.

Questions we get a lot

How much does event photography cost in Boston?

It depends on hours, how many photographers the schedule needs, and whether you want video from the same day, so we quote every event individually rather than posting a number that would be wrong for most people. Fill in the form and you will have detailed pricing within 24 hours.

How quickly do we get the photos?

Highlight galleries land within 24 to 48 hours for most events. The complete edited gallery is typically ready within three to ten days depending on the length and complexity of the coverage, and rush delivery is available.

Can we get images during the event for social?

Yes, and for a lot of clients this is the whole point. For events that need a same-day presence we deliver edited previews while coverage is still running, including keynote hero shots and branded imagery ready to post.

Can you cover a large multi-day conference?

Yes. We regularly staff multi-photographer teams across concurrent sessions and coordinate schedules against the run of show, so the keynote, the breakouts, and the expo floor are all covered at once rather than in turn.

Do you photograph at the BCEC and the Hynes?

Often. Between the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, the Hynes, the Seaport hotels, State Room, the Boston Public Library, the ICA, Fenway Park, and most of the Back Bay hotels, we have worked the majority of the big Boston rooms more than once.

What is included?

Coverage time with professional photographers, fully edited high-resolution images, an online gallery your team can download from, and commercial usage rights for marketing, social, print, and internal communications.

Can you add a headshot station at our event?

Yes, and it is consistently one of the most-visited things on a conference floor. Attendees walk up, sit down, and leave with a portrait. We can deliver same day, brand the backdrop, and add a sponsor logo.

Can you shoot video at the same time?

Yes. Our video team works the same day, so you get a recap film, speaker clips, or social cutdowns from the same event without a second vendor to brief.

How far in advance should we book?

The busy stretches in Boston are spring and autumn, and those dates go early, so reach out as soon as you have a date held. That said, we take on short-notice coverage regularly, so it is always worth asking.

Do you travel outside Boston?

Happily. We cover Greater Boston and New England as a matter of course, and travel further for clients we already work with. Tell us where and we will build it into the quote.

Tell us about your event.

Send us the date, the venue, and roughly how many people, and we will come back within 24 hours with real pricing.
