OAAA OOH Media Conference 2025
Walking into a conference about out-of-home advertising felt like the right kind of irony. An entire industry gathered to talk about how to reach people in public spaces, and I was there documenting the invisible work of making that happen.
The OAAA conference brought together leaders, innovators, and strategists in the out-of-home media world. The keynotes were sharp. The panel discussions went deeper than you’d expect. But the actual story wasn’t on stage. It was the conversations happening in the hallways between sessions. The moment someone heard something that shifted how they think about their next campaign. The energy in a room full of people who understand that visibility matters.
One of the best things about photographing industry conferences is witnessing what happens when people in the same field gather around something real. The conversation between two professionals who just realized they’re solving the same problem from different angles. The moment someone’s expression changes because they just heard an idea they needed to hear. The way a room moves differently when the work actually matters to everyone in it. These moments reveal what an industry actually values.
The gap between “here is a conference agenda” and “here is what changes how people think” is filled with invisible moments. We were there to catch them.
What an incredible few days with an incredible crew. Thank you to the OAAA for inviting us to document this.
