Beacon Communities 2026 Employee Awards Ceremony
I walked into a room full of people who actually know each other. Not the kind of corporate event where you network with name tags. The kind where someone wins an award and their team erupts because they genuinely care.
Beacon held their annual Employee Awards Ceremony, and the whole thing felt earned. These weren’t generic recognition categories. These were real people from different properties, different roles, being celebrated for actual work. The Bighinatti Extraordinary Customer Service Award. Recognition across the company for the people doing the invisible work that makes everything else possible.
One of my favorite things about photographing corporate events is that every company has its own culture, and an awards ceremony is where that culture shows up the most honestly. Beacon Communities has let us into their world for years now, from big room events to one-on-one portraits. Every time, I walk away reminded that people genuinely love where they work here.
That’s not something you can fake in a room full of 270 people. You either mean it or you don’t.
What an incredible day with an incredible crew. Thank you to Beacon Communities for having us.
